A buzzard beater in the Final Four ends the longest winning streak in sports history.

University of Connecticut’s women’s basketball team loses in the final seconds of the NCAA Women’s Basketball Final Four semi-finals to Mississippi State Friday, March 31. In overtime with the game tied at 64 the Bulldogs outlasted the Huskies with the ball in the hands of Morgan Williams.

Defeating this year’s Huskies is one of the biggest upsets in sports history and now Mississippi State has an opportunity to close the season out with a national title for its school.
