#StopSucking says Adrian Grenier, save the planet

In effort to save the planet and keep the ocean clean Adrian Grenier encourages people to #StopSucking.

Straws are ending up in the ocean and it’s going off to the sea at a fast and furious pace. On average, 10 million tons of plastic is dumped into the ocean everyday and 500 million single use plastic straws are used everyday. If this rate continues in 25 years there will be more straws in the ocean than fishes, says Grenier. The Entourage actor is hoping people can ditch the use of straws all together to keep the oceans clean with his campaign #StopSucking.

“I like to think that as our population increases our opportunity for solutions increases because there are as many solutions as there are people,” Grenier said. “If we can’t fix our future it’s a failure of our own imagination because we are not able to aspire to something better than what it is.”
