Minneapolis welcomed Lovato’s “Tell Me You Love Me Tour” Saturday, March 10, at Target Center. Opening the night was the 22-year-old star from Oakland, California, Kehlani Ashley Parrish. The former band member of PopLyfe, a music group that appeared on season six of “America’s Got Talent” in 2011, eventually went solo. In 2016 Kehlani was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Urban Contemporary Album. After releasing her first major-label album “SweetSexySavage” in 2017 she teamed up with Lovato and DJ Khaled on tour.

This is Kehlani’s third tour after headlining “You Should Be Here” (2015) and “SweetSexySavage World Tour” (2017).
